20 Days Exchange Policy
- No returns, we only accept exchanges within 20 days of delivery.
- Return items with the original receipt and tags to our US address.
- Once received, the product cost will be refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- If order is canceled due to unavailability, you will be 100% refunded. If customers requested a cancellation after the order was placed, 5% credit cancellation fee will be charged.
- Hand wash gently in cold water with mild detergent. No bleach.
- Hang or lay flat to dry, away from sunlight.
- For silk pieces, dry cleaning is recommended.
