I'm a size 7 and can wear a 6.5 if it runs big. A size 38 fits me (exactly) but I feel a size 39 would be too big. So if your feet are wide or you are closer to 7.5 I would size up to 39~

Beautiful embroidery. Shoes are soft and comfortable to wear, it has a tiny discreet heel, the straps are a bit uneven in length but it's still functional. My feet are size 6.5 US and I got size 38, it fits perfectly. So pretty.
