您除了可以在我们的网站上购买之外，我们也为您提供淘宝汉服/旗袍等代购服务。我们收取30 USD作为代购费。所有包裹由DHL从中国寄出，约一个星期到达您的手中。如有兴趣请联系我们。

注：代购服务不接受退款退货换货等。

We are happy to buy Hanfu / Qipao on your behalf from China. 20USD will be charged as the service fee. All packages will be shipped from China by DHL Express. You will receive it in around one week. Please contact us if you are interested.

Procedure

Step 1: 点击此处下单付30 USD代购费 + 32USD运费预付款（不退）。

Step 2: 顾客自主下单，寄到物流中心，计重后发给您运费发票，可选择支付宝转账或者信用卡美金结算。其中汇率为6，包含信用卡费。

Step 3: DHL Express 3-5日寄到您的手中。

Step 2: Customers place orders by themselves on Taobao.com, send packages to our logistics center in China, and we will send you the DHL Express shipping invoice after weighing the weight. You can pay with USD where the currency exchange rate is 6, including credit card fees.

Estimated Shipping Fee: Each 1kg weight is around 15-17USD.

Step 3: DHL Express 3-5 business days for delivery.

  • In-stock items: Usually arrive in 6–12 days with DHL / UPS / FedEx.
  • Preorder items: Please check the processing time listed on each product page before ordering.
  • Your order may have duties or taxes from your country’s customs.
  • These are not included in product price or shipping.
  • Any customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

20 Days Exchange Policy

  • No returns, we only accept exchanges within 20 days of delivery.
  • Return items with the original receipt and tags to our US address.
  • Once received, the product cost will be refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  • If order is canceled due to unavailability, you will be 100% refunded. If customers requested a cancellation after the order was placed, 5% credit cancellation fee will be charged.
  • Hand wash gently in cold water with mild detergent. No bleach.
  • Hang or lay flat to dry, away from sunlight.
  • For silk pieces, dry cleaning is recommended.
